Found it. The middleware.ts has a redirect to /login when the session is null. Here is the fix.

Why is our middleware causing a redirect loop?

The middleware redirects to /login when there is no session, but the /login route itself triggers the same middleware check.

Fix: Add /login to the public paths config.
