How does per-member pricing work?
You pay per active member on your workspace. Free includes up to 3 members at no cost. Pro is TT$99/member/mo (up to 10 members). Corporate is TT$59/member/mo with unlimited members. Only active members count — invited but unused seats don't.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months instead of 12. For Pro, that's TT$990/member/year instead of TT$1,188. For Corporate, TT$590/member/year instead of TT$708.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes! Pay in TT$ via Paywise or US$ via Stripe. No conversion fees — pick whichever currency works for you. Pro is US$15/member/mo, Corporate is US$9/member/mo.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You get a 14-day free trial on Pro and Corporate. After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to keep using paid features. Your data is safe — we don't delete anything. If you choose not to subscribe, you'll be moved to the Free plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no contracts.
